Associate Membership (Vendors/Suppliers) - $250.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No recurring payments Please complete this registration for the company that is joining the Tri-City Apartment Association as a supplier of products or services to the multihousing industry.

Regular Membership (Community/Owner) - $175.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No recurring payments Please complete this registration for the community or owner joining the Tri-City Apartment Association. Please note: regular member dues for communities with over 59 units are figured individually by community on a cumulative basis. An example for a 304-unit community would be as follows:

The first 100 units @ $2.05 = $205.00
The next 204 units @ $1.55 = $316.20
Total due for 304 units = 521.20

If your community is over 59 units in size you will be contacted for the dues remaining above the $175 fee collected through the online membership application process.
